Depending on the size of the project we run the job in 4 phases.

Phase 1

• Open communication and planning of the project with our clients. We can assist in design concept and potential suitable alternatives based on the projects objectives.

• Provide a quote. Upon acceptance of quote, a non-refundable 10% deposit is paid. This deposit secures you position in our schedule as we will only take on a certain amount of work at anyone time.

• We will confirm the start date of the project 1-2 weeks prior to our attendance. We may give you a rough start date upon payment of the deposit, however due to concreting being weather dependent work and the unforseen dynamic challenges faced on many worksites we stress the start dates may vary.

Phase 2

• Preparation of job.

• This includes site preparation, excavation, application of formwork & reinforcing steel.

Phase 3

• Application of concrete

• Finish of concrete per project objective.

Phase 4

• Removal of formwork

• Application of control joint cuts

• General clean up of worksite

• Application of barricade.
